摘要
目的:观察冬病夏治"三伏贴"治疗支气管哮喘、慢性支气管炎、肺气肿和痛经患者的疗效,探讨中医"异病同治"的应用机制。方法:通过研究2013年-2015年接受三伏贴治疗的患者192例,通过统计分析观察其有效率和证候改善情况。结果:192例患者治疗后总有效率较治疗前增加,同时证候积分较治疗前降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:三伏贴可改善阳虚患者症状,同时对中医"异病同治"辨证论治思想在临床的推广应用具有重要指导意义。
Objective:To observe the curative effect of the sanfu plaster(三伏贴)on treating bronchial asthma,chronic bronchitis,emphysema and dysmenorrhea,and to explore the application mechanism of Yibing Tongzhi(异病同治)in TCM.Methods:192patients who received the sanfu plaster from2013to2015were included;and the efficiency and symptomatic improvement were observed by statistical analysis.Results:The total effective rate of192patients after treatment was improved significantly,and the syndrome score decreased.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Sanfu plaster could relieve the symptoms of Yangxu and reflect the important guiding theory of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment.
