摘要
为探明不同切割方式对莴苣再生植株生理生长的影响,以4个不同品种的散叶莴苣(‘米香油麦菜’‘亮剑油麦菜’‘奶油生菜’‘普瑞F1意大利直立生菜’)为试材,采用密植的方法进行越夏水培,研究切割时去、留生长点对切割再生莴苣成苗率、形态、生理及品质指标的影响。结果表明,在4个莴苣品种中,‘奶油生菜’对不同切割方式的适应性最强。留生长点切割的莴苣的主要形态指标都极显著优于去生长点切割,不同切割方式对莴苣再生植株根系形态指标的影响不显著,但留生长点切割的莴苣根系活力极显著高于去生长点切割,去生长点切割的再生植株通过加速体内维生素C的合成来提高抗逆性。切割时是否保留生长点是切割技术的关键,海南高温季节水培莴苣适宜的切割方式是在植株生长点还没有超过3 cm时,用保留生长点的方法进行切割,利于保留植株的顶端优势,缓苗快、成苗率高,可提高再生植株产量。
In order to explore the effects of different cutting methods on the growth physiology of regenerated lettuce seedlings,four different varieties of leaf lettuce'(Mixiang lettuce','Liangjian lettuce','Naiyou lettuce','Puri F1Italy Rome lettuce')were used as materials in over-summer hydroponics with dense planting in this experiment,influences of removing or keeping growth-point on morphology,physiology and quality index of regenerated lettuce seedling rate were studied.The results showed that the cutting adaptability of'Naiyou lettuce'was superior to other3lettuce varieties.Meanwhile,main morphological indexes of all lettuce varieties of keeping growth point were remarkably superior to that of removing growth point,effects of cutting method on root morphological indexes of regeneration lettuce seedlings had no significant difference,but root vigor of cutting lettuce with growth point were significantly higher than that of cutting lettuce with removing growth point,the resistance of regeneration seedlings with removing growth point was improved by accelerating the synthesis of Vitamin C.The key technology of cutting lettuce was to keep growth point,and the suitable lettuce cutting method in high temperature season in Hainan was to cut leaves by keeping growth point with the growth point height was no more than3cm,which was good for sustaining apical dominance,accelerating slow seedling,increasing survival rate,improving the yield of regeneration plants.
