辛伐他汀治疗老年高血压合并高脂血症的临床疗效及药理学分析

Clinical efficacy and pharmacological analysis of simvastatin in the treatment of elderly patients with hypertension complicated with hyperlipidemia

目的探讨分析老年高血压合并高脂血症患者采取辛伐他汀治疗的临床效果。方法选择我院收治的72例老年高血压合并高脂血症患者,选取时间为2015年1月~2017年1月,按照随机数字表法将72例患者分为对照组和实验组,每组各36例,两组患者均给予辛伐他汀治疗,对照组患者每次服用20mg辛伐他汀,而实验组患者每次服用40mg辛伐他汀,比较两组的临床疗效、治疗前后的血压水平、血脂治疗有效率以及并发症发生情况。结果实验组患者的血脂治疗有效率为97.22%,血压恢复至正常水平,并且发生心绞痛、心肌梗死以及脑卒中的几率为2.78%,所有的相关指标均明显优于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论合理剂量的辛伐他汀可有效控制老年高血压合并高血脂症患者的血压、血脂水平,可在很大程度上避免心脑血管疾病等并发症的发生,有利于患者的健康,对于患者后期康复具有重要意义。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of simvastatin in the treatment of elderly patients with hypertension and hyperlipidemia.Methods From January2015to January2017,72elderly patients with hypertension and hyperlipidemia were randomly divided into control group and experimental group with36cases in each group.Both groups were treated with simvastatin.The patients in the control group were received20mg simvastatin each time,while the patients in the experimental group were taken40mg simvastatin each time.The clinical efficacy,blood pressure level,the effective rate of blood lipid treatment and the occurrence of complications were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The effective rate of blood lipid therapy in the experimental group was97.22%.The risk of blood pressure returning to normal and developing angina pectoris,myocardial infarction and stroke was2.78%.All the related indexes were obviously superior than those of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The reasonable dosage of simvastatin can effectively control the blood pressure and blood lipid level of the elderly patients with hypertension and hyperlipidemia,and to a great extent avoid the occurrence of complications such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,which is beneficial to the health of the patients.It is of great significance for the later recovery of patients.
