磷酸奥司他韦颗粒辅助治疗小儿手足口病的效果评价

The effect evaluation of oseltamivir phosphate granules in adjuvant treatment of children with hand-foot-and-mouth disease

目的探讨磷酸奥司他韦颗粒联合单磷酸阿糖腺苷治疗小儿手足口病的临床效果。方法将2014年2月~2016年12月在我院治疗的60例小儿手足口病患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,每组各30例,对照组予以单磷酸阿糖腺苷治疗,研究组予以磷酸奥司他韦颗粒联合单磷酸阿糖腺苷治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、皮疹疱疹消退时间、发热消退时间、痊愈时间、心肌酶谱、ALT指数以及不良反应发生情况。结果研究组患者临床有效率(96.67%)显著高于对照组(80.00%)(P<0.05)。研究组皮疹疱疹消退时间、发热消退时间、痊愈时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者心肌酶谱及ALT水平在治疗前无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后研究组患者心肌酶谱及ALT水平较对照组患者下降更明显(P<0.05)。两组间不良反应发生率比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论磷酸奥司他韦颗粒联合单磷酸阿糖腺苷在小儿手足口病患者治疗中疗效确切,具有一定的安全性,值得在临床上推广使用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of oseltamivir phosphate granules combined with adenine arabinoside monophosphate in treatment of children with hand-foot-and-mouth disease.Methods60children with hand-foot-and-mouth disease who were treated in our hospital from February2014to December2016were divided into the control group and the study group according to the random number method,with30cases in each group.The control group was given adenine arabinoside monophosphate,the study group was given oseltamivir phosphate granules combined with adenine arabinoside monophosphate.The clinical efficacy,rash bleb regression time,fever subsiding time,recovery time,myocardial enzyme spectrum,ALT index and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical effective rate of the study group(96.67%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(80.00%)(P<0.05).The rash bleb regression time,fever subsiding time,recovery time of the study group were significantly shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significantdifference in myocardial enzyme spectrum and ALT level between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the myocardial enzyme spectrum and ALT level of the patients in the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Oseltamivir phosphate granules combined with adenine arabinoside monophosphate in treatment of children with hand-foot-and-mouth disease has definite curative effect,has a certain degree of security,it is worth popularizing in clinical use.
