雾化吸入佐治小儿喘息型支气管肺炎的临床分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨雾化吸入佐治小儿喘息型支气管肺炎的临床分析。方法将我院80例小儿喘息型支气管肺炎患者随机分为两组。对照组40例给予口服氨溴索治疗,试验组40例给予雾化吸入氨溴索治疗。比较两组临床疗效、CRP的差异,并分析其呼吸相关指标情况。结果试验组临床治愈率、总有效率为60.0%、95.0%高于对照组32.5%、75.0%(P<0.05);治疗后试验组CRP水平降低,其也低于同期对照组(P<0.05);治疗后试验组呼吸次数降低,其也低于同期对照组(P<0.05);治疗后试验组血氧饱和度升高,其也高于同期对照组(P<0.05);结论雾化吸入佐治小儿喘息型支气管肺炎效果,其临床有效率高,明显改善炎性指标及临床症状,值得临床选择。 Objective To investigate the clinical analysis of inhalation in treatment of pediatric asthmatic bronchial pneumonia.Methods Eighty Children with asthmatic bronchopneumonia in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups:the control group(n=40)was treated with ambroxol orally and the experimental group(n=40)with atomized inhalation of ambroxol.The difference of clinical curative effect and CRP of the two groups,the respiratory related indexes between the two groups were compared.Results The clinical cure rate of the trial group was60.0%and the total effective rate was95.0%,which was higher than that of the control group(32.5%,75.0%)(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of CRP in the trial group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),the respiratory frequency in the test group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the oxygen saturation in the test group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The efficacy of aerosol inhalation in the treatment of children with asthmatic bronchopneumonia is high,and the inflammatory indexes and clinical symptoms are obviously improved,which is worthy of clinical choice.
