宫腔手术后使用透明质酸预防宫腔粘连

Application of HA to prevent adhesion of uterine cavity after intrauterine operation

目的探讨与观察透明质酸(HA)应用在宫腔手术后宫腔粘连预防中的效果。方法选取2013年3月~2015年11月期间本院的1800例宫腔手术患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各900例。对照组进行常规宫腔手术治疗,观察组则在对照组治疗的基础上加用HA。统计与比较两组中的不同手术类型者的宫腔粘连率、术后出血量、出血时间及经期疼痛程度。结果观察组中不同手术类型者的宫腔粘连率均低于对照组,术后出血量小于对照组,出血时间短于对照组,经期疼痛程度低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 HA应用在宫腔手术后宫腔粘连预防中的效果较好,对于术后出血及经期疼痛等方面也有改善作用,因此临床应用价值较高。

Objective To investigate and observe the effect of hyaluronic acid(HA)on the prevention of intrauterine adhesions after uterine cavity surgery.Methods One thousand and eight hundred patients with uterine cavity surgery from March2013to November2015were selected as the subjects.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,900cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine uterine cavity surgery,and the observation group was given HA on the basis of the control group.The rate of intrauterine adhesion,postoperative bleeding,bleeding time and the degree of menstrual pain were measured and compared between the two groups.Results The rate of intrauterine adhesions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group.The bleeding volume after operation was less than that in the control group,and the bleeding time was shorter than that in the control group.The pain degree in the menstrual period was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of HA in the prevention of intrauterine adhesions after uterine cavity operation is better,and it also improves the postoperative bleeding and menstrual pain.Therefore,it has high clinical application value.
