腹腔镜在休克型输卵管妊娠中的临床应用

Clinical application of laparoscopy in tubal pregnancy with shock

目的探讨腹腔镜微创手术在诊治输卵管妊娠休克型患者中的临床意义。方法回顾性分析我院自2012年1月~2016年12月传统开腹和腹腔镜手术治疗休克型输卵管妊娠患者各40例,比较两组患者的总出血量,手术时间,术后住院天数,肛门排气时间等情况。结果腹腔镜40例手术均成功。开腹组总出血量平均为(1530.03±403.95)mL;腹腔镜组总出血量平均为(1528.35±400.68)mL。开腹组手术时间平均为(87.35±15.61)min;腹腔镜组手术时间平均为(50.60±13.05)min。肛门排气时间分别为(27.68±4.76)、(14.48±4.75)h。术后住院天数分别为(7.40±1.05)、(5.25±1.05)d。这些数据除总出血量外两组比较均有统计学意义。结论腹腔镜手术在休克型输卵管妊娠手术治疗中可靠且安全,恢复快,创伤小,在休克型输卵管妊娠手术治疗中是一种优选术式。

Objective To explore the clinical significance of laparoscopic minimally invasive surgery in the diagnosis and treatment of tubal pregnancy patients with shock.Methods Eighty patients with shock type tubal pregnancy from January2012to December2016who were treated with traditional laparotomy and laparoscopy was retrospectively Objective To explore the clinical significance of laparoscopic minimally invasive surgery in the diagnosis and treatment of tubal pregnancy patients with shock.Methods Eighty patients with shock type tubal pregnancy from January2012to December2016who were treated with traditional laparotomy and laparoscopy was retrospectively analyzed,with40cases in each group.The total amount of bleeding,the time of operation,the days after the operation and the time of the anus exhaust were compared between the two groups.Results40cases of laparoscopy were all successful.The average amount of bleeding in the Laparotomy group was(1530.03±403.95)mL,and the average amount of bleeding in the laparoscopy group was(1528.35±400.68)mL.The average operation time of the Laparotomy group was(87.35±15.61)min,and the average operation time in the laparoscopy group was(50.60±13.05)min.The anus exhaust time was(27.68±4.76)and(14.48±4.75)h,respectively.The number of days after operation was(7.40±1.05)and(5.25±1.05)d respectively.There were significant statistical differences between the two groups except the total amount of bleeding.Conclusion Laparoscopic operation is reliable and safe in the surgical treatment of shock tubal pregnancy.It is fast recovery and small trauma.It is a preferred surgical procedure in the treatment of shock tubal pregnancy.
