延续性护理对老年前列腺增生患者康复及生活质量影响分析

Analysis of the effect of continuous nursing on the rehabilitation and quality of life of the elderly patients with prostatic hyperplasia

目的探讨延续性护理在老年前列腺增生患者的康复过程中发挥的作用以及对患者生活质量的影响。方法将125例入院治疗的老年前列腺增生患者随机分为对照组62例与观察组63例,对照组使用传统护理方法,观察组使用延续性护理方法,两组均使用自我护理能力测定量表(ESCA)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、健康调查简表SF-36及抑郁自评量表(SDS)对患者入院时和出院后情况进行评分。通过评分结果评价延续性护理对患者生活质量以及负面情绪的改善情况。使用SPSS18.0对本次实验的数据进行统计分析。结果观察组自我护理能力测定量表(ESCA)总分为(138.0±24.8),均显著性高于对照组的(82.8±5.9)(P<0.05);观察组焦虑自评量表(SAS)与抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分分别为(38.7±4.9)与(41.1±4.7),显著性低于对照组的(45.5±4.7)与(46.0±4.5)(P<0.05);观察组健康调查简表SF-36各项评分均显著性高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论延续性护理在老年前列腺增生患者中体现出明显的优势,该护理方法不仅能够使患者对自身进行针对性地护理,同时也能够改善患者的负面情绪,提高患者的自信心,另外还能够提高患者的生活舒适感,推荐在临床上推广使用。

Objective To explore the role of continuous nursing on the rehabilitation of elderly patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia and the impact on quality of life.Methods One hundred and twenty-five elderly patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia were randomly divided into observation group(63cases)and control group(62cases).Patients in the control group received the traditional nursing,while patients in observation group received the continuous nursing.Self nursing ability scale(ESCA),self rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),health survey short form SF-36and self rating Depression Scale(SDS)were used to score patients'admission and discharge in the two groups.The score was used to evaluate the quality of life and the improvement of negative emotions in patients with continuous nursing.The data of this experiment were statistically analyzed with SPSS18.0.Results After nursing,the total score of ESCA of the observation group was(138.0±24.8),which was significantly higher than(82.8±5.9)of the control group(P<0.05).The SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were(38.7±4.9)and(41.1±4.7),which were significantly lower than(45.5±4.7)and(46.0±4.5)of the control group(P<0.05).The SF-36scores of the observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuity of care reflects the obvious advantage in elderly patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia,the nursing method can not only make the patients on their targeted nursing,but also can improve the negative emotion of patients,improve the patient's self-confidence,also can improve the patient's comfort,recommended in clinical use.
