寒潮天气时PICC门诊肿瘤患者导管堵塞率的变化及相关危险因素分析

摘要 目的研究寒潮天气时PICC门中肿瘤患者导管堵塞率的变化及相关危险因素。方法患者分为寒潮前期组、寒潮期组和寒潮后期组,采用χ~2检验比较三个组导管堵塞率。对寒潮期组部分患者的一些影响因素进行调查,利用Logistic回归进行多因素分析,筛选出相关的危险因素,再对危险因素进行单因素分析。结果三个组导管堵塞率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),寒潮期组的导管堵塞率高于其他两组。寒潮期发生导管堵塞的危险因素为导管脱出,脱出程度越严重,导管堵塞发生率越高。结论寒潮天气时PICC门诊化疗间歇期肿瘤患者导管堵塞率升高,为预防这种情况的出现需尽量避免导管脱出。 Objective To explore the effect of the change and related risk factors of catheter blockage rate in patients with PICC cancer outpatients during cold wave weather.Methods Patients were divided into three group:before cold wave group,cold wave group and after cold wave group.The catheter blockage rates of three groups were compared by Chi-square test.Some factors affecting the patients in the cold wave period were investigated,and the multiple factor analysis was carried out by logistic regression,and the related risk factors were screened.Then the risk factors were confirmed again by single factor analysis.Results The catheter blockage rate of the three groups was different(P=0.000),and the catheter blockage rate in the cold wave group was higher than that of the other two groups.The greater the degree of catheter dislodgment,the higher the incidence of catheter blockage.Conclusion During cold wave weather,the catheter blockage rate of the tumor patients in the PICC outpatient chemotherapy intermission is higher,so as to prevent the occurrence of this situation,the catheter dislodgment should be avoided as much as possible.
