癫痫病患者家庭主要照顾者心理健康状况及其因素分析

Analysis of mental health status and factors of main caregivers of the family in epileptic patients

目的分析癫痫病患者家庭主要照顾者的心理健康状况及其因素。方法随机抽取2015年1月~2016年2月在我院神经内科住院的癫痫患者家庭主要照顾者62例为观察组,并选取同期非慢性疾病及精神疾病的家庭主要照顾者62例为对照组,均采用生活质量调查表(SF-36)对患者心理健康状况及生理健康状况进行评估,比较两组心理健康状况,并分析其因素。结果观察组生理功能、生理职能、情感职能、活力、精神健康、社会功能、躯体疼痛及总体健康评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);家庭主要照顾者心理健康状况与年龄、抑郁、患者有无合并症、躯体化水平、照顾负担及焦虑呈负相关(P<0.05);与患者有无工作、经济状况、健康状态、性别呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论临床应关注癫痫病患者家庭主要照顾者的心理健康状况,增加社会支持,促使照顾者心理健康水平提高。

Objective To analyze the mental health status and factors of the main caregivers of the family of epileptic patients.Methods Sixty-two family main caregivers of epilepsy patients hospitalized in neurology department of our hospital from January2015to February2016were randomly selected as the observation group,and sixty-two family main caregivers of non-chronic diseases and mental diseases in the same period were selected as the control group.The quality of life questionnaire(SF-36)was used to evaluate the mental and physical health status of patients.Results The scores of physiological function,physiological function,emotional function,vitality,mental health,social function,physical pain and overall health of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The mental health status of main caregivers of the family was negatively correlated with age,depression,patients'comorbidity,somatization level,burden of care and anxiety(P<0.05),and positively correlated with patients'work,economic status,health status and gender(P<0.05).Conclusion The psychological health of the main caregivers of the family of epileptic patients should be paid attention to,and the social support should be increased to promote the improvement of the mental health of the caregivers.
