动态心电图和常规心电图在冠心病患者中的疗效对比及对预后的影响

Comparative observation of dynamic electrocardiogram and routine electrocardiogram in patients with coronary heart disease and its effect on prognosis

目的讨论研究动态心电图和常规心电图在冠心病患者中的疗效对比观察及对预后的影响,为冠心病提供临床诊断依据。方法选取2017年1~9月来我院收治的冠心病患者200例为研究对象。随机分为两组,每组各100例。研究组采用动态心电图进行检查,对照组采用常规心电图进行检查。收集心电图检查结果,主要对心肌缺血与心律失常这两方面的数据结果进行分析比较。结果研究组对心肌缺血的检出率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。在心率失常方面,室性早搏成对和短阵室上速的检出率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。而对于房性早搏早发和房室传导阻滞,研究组与对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后研究组LVESD、LVEDD水平明显低于对照组,研究组的LVEF水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论动态心电图用于冠心病诊断效果更佳,尤其在诊断心肌缺血和心律失常上尤为显著,值得临床推广。

Objective To discuss the effect of dynamic electrocardiogram and routine electrocardiogram in patients with coronary heart disease,and its effect on prognosis,so as to provide a basis for clinical diagnosis of coronary heart disease.Methods Two hundred cases of coronary heart disease treated in our hospital from January to September2017were selected as the subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups,100cases in each group.The study group was examined by dynamic electrocardiogram,and the control group was examined by routine electrocardiogram.The results of ECG examination were collected,and the data of two aspects of myocardial ischemia and arrhythmia were analyzed and compared.Results The detection rate of myocardial ischemia in the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).In the aspect of arrhythmia,the detection rate of ventricular premature beat pairs and shortarray supraventricular velocity was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference between the study group and the control group(P>0.05)for the early onset of atrial premature beat and atrioventricular block.After treatment,the level of LVESD and LVEDD in the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group.The level of LVEF in the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of dynamic electrocardiogram is better in diagnosis of coronary heart disease,especially in the diagnosis of myocardial ischemia and arrhythmia,which is worthy of clinical application.
