梅州地区帕金森病非运动症状的临床研究

Clinical study on Non-motor symptoms of Parkinson's Disease in Meizhou area

目的探讨梅州地区帕金森病非运动症状的临床研究。方法选取2015年6月~2017年5月于本院神经内科门诊首次就诊且符合英国脑库帕金森病诊断标准的63例患者作为PD组,另选取同期于本院门诊进行体检的63例人员作为正常对照组,并将两组帕金森非运动症状发生率、NMS发生情况及NMS-Quest评分进行对比。结果 PD组帕金森非运动症状发生率为96.83%,明显高于正常对照组的84.13%(χ~2=9.362、P=0.002),组间对比具有统计学意义;PD组与正常对照组在近记忆下降、便秘、注意力下降、大便失禁等非运动症状上对比均具有统计学意义(χ~2=8.963、P=0.003,χ~2=8.732、P=0.003,χ~2=9.897、P=0.002、χ~2=6.558、P=0.010);PD组NMS-Quest评分明显高于正常对照组(t=9.365、P=0.000)。结论帕金森患者的非运动症状极其普遍,非运动症状的发生率明显高于正常人,且可贯穿于帕金森患者各个不同时期,与帕金森患者的年龄、性别、病程、H-Y分期及MMSE评分具有高度相关性。

Objective To investigate the clinical study of non-motor symptoms(NMS)of Parkinson's disease(PD)in Meizhou area.Methods From June2015to May2017,63patients from the Department of Neurology of our hospital for the first time who met the diagnostic criteria of brain library Parkinson's disease were selected as PD group.In addition,63patients who underwent physical examination in outpatient clinic of our hospital were selected as the normal control group.The incidence of Parkinson's non motor symptoms,the incidence of NMS and the NMS-Quest score in the two groups were compared.Results The incidence of non-motor symptoms in PD group was96.83%,which was significantly higher than that in normal control group(84.13%)(χ2=9.362、P=0.002).There were statistically significant differences between PD group and normal control group in non-motor symptoms such as decreased near memory,constipation,attention loss,fecal incontinence and other non-motor symptoms(χ2=8.963、P=0.003,χ2=8.732、P=0.003,χ2=9.897、P=0.002、χ2=6.558、P=0.010);The NMS-Quest score of PD group was significantly higher than that of normal control group(t=9.365、P=0.000).Conclusion The incidence of nonmotor symptoms in Parkinson's patients is significantly higher than that in normal controls,and it ran through different stages,and is associated with the age,sex,disease course,H-Y stage and MMSE score of Parkinson's patients.
