摘要 在我国,高职教育担负着为生产、建设、服务和管理第一线培养高质量技术应用型专门人才的重要任务。高等职业教育在发展中也出现了一些问题,其中最紧迫最突出的便是师资队伍的素质不高,结构不合理,双师素质的教师严重缺乏。尤其是在商务英语专业教师中这种现象非常严重。"双师型"教师的专业发展与培养是解决这种矛盾局面,破解技能型人才培养难题的关键。 In our country,higher vocational education undertakes the important task of cultivating high-quality technical application talents for the first line of production,construction,service and management.However,there occur some problems in the development of higher vocational education specially for business English professional teachers,and the most urgent of which is the low-quality teaching staff,unreasonable structure,and the acute shortage of teachers with qualities of both engineering and teaching.The professional development and training of“double-qualified”teachers is the key to solve this contradiction and the problem of skilled talent training.
