基于实践能力培养的行政管理专业教学改革研究

Research on Teaching Reform on the Administrative Management Major Based on Practical Ability Training

高校行政管理专业在学生实践能力培养方面存在着课堂实践教学不受重视、校内外实践平台构建难等问题,这与实践育人的理念不相符合。因此,需要从优化课程结构体系、改善校内实训环境、拓宽校外实训平台、构建优秀师资队伍等方面实施教学改革,以培养出高素质的行政管理专业人才。

There exist nowadays in the students’practical ability training such difficult problems as the devalued practical teaching and being hard to construct practice platform for the administrative management major,which disagrees with the idea of educating by practice.In order to cultivate high-quality administrative management professionals,there is a need,therefore,to implement teaching reform in terms of the following aspects:optimizing course structure system,improving campus environment for practical training,broadening the off-campus training platform,building excellent staff team and so on.
