翻转课堂模式下面试口语教学探究与实践

在"互联网+"的背景下,我国教育掀起了改革的热潮。在教育信息化时代,以构建主义为导向的翻转课堂教学已成为改革的核心。针对国内外市场对人才的的需求及高职院校面试口语课程设置的特点,从翻转课堂的定义及特点入手,分析面试口语教学现状,阐述基于翻转课堂下面试口语教学的优势,并结合课堂教学实践,尝试探讨如何更好地将翻转课堂模式应用于面试口语教学。

In the context of“Internet+”,education in China has unleashed a wave of reform.In the age of information education,the constructivism-oriented flipped classroom teaching has become the core of reform.In view of the demand for talents in domestic and international market and the characteristics of oral interivew teaching in higher vocational colleges,the paper first introduces the definition and the characteristics of flipped classroom,analyzes the present situation of oral interview teaching,states the advantage of oral interview teaching under the flipped classroom,and makes an attempt to explore how to apply the flipped classroom model into oral interview teaching by relating to classroom teaching practice.
