摘要
对体育舞蹈进行简单概述,进而对淮北师范大学女大学生的体质健康进行为期三个月的体育舞蹈教学训练研究,在研究中通过训练前后各方面数值变化,分析体育舞蹈对女大学生心理、体质、体重及精神面貌都具有不同程度的影响。根据研究结果,针对淮北师范大学的体育舞蹈教学提出相关性有效建议,从而最大化提升体育舞蹈对女大学生体质健康的积极影响。
This paper makes a simple overview on sports dance,and carries on a three-month study on the sports dance teaching training for female students’physical health in Huaibei Normal University.This paper also analyzes the influence of sports dance on college students’psychology,physique,weight and mental outlook at different levels through the numerical change before and after the training in the study.According to the results of the study,this paper puts forward some effective suggestions for the teaching of sports dance in Huaibei Normal University so as to maximize the positive influence of sports dance on female college students’physical health.
