摘要
随着高校管理体系的不断改革,对学生管理也越来越加强,不仅要适应时代发展潮流,还要强化学生的主体意识。由于传统管理模式出现的局限性,而且学生的意识越来越复杂多样,如何创新格局来满足日益多样化的学生要求,是亟待解决的。对此,TRIZ理论被推出,利用理论的创新问题和解决问题的主旨来推进高校学生管理的创新,并进行效果评价分析。
With the continuous reform of the college management system,college student management is getting more and more strengthened not only to adapt to the trend of the times but also to strengthen students’subjective consciousness.However,students’consciousness gets more and more complex and diverse due to the limitations in traditional management model;therefore,how meet students’increasingly diversified demands through innovative patterns is the problem to be solved urgently.In this regard,TRIZ theory is introduced for promoting the innovation of college student management and for appraising and analyzing the effect by using the innovation problem in theory to solve the problem.
