应用型本科院校学生职业生涯教育对策分析

Analysis of Coping Strategies on Career Planning Education for Students in Applied Undergraduate Colleges

目前,应用型本科院校已成为我国高等教育大众化发展的主力军,其办学定位是培养适应社会发展的应用型人才。因此,在应用型本科院校开展职业生涯规划教育,使学生在就业过程中达到真正的人职匹配,具有重要的意义。从内外部职业生涯的角度进行探索,提出提升大学生职业生涯教育的架构设想。

Application-oriented undergraduate universities have currently become the main force for the popularization development of higher education in China,and the school-running orientation is to cultivate applied talents adapting to social development.Therefore,application-oriented undergraduate universities should develop career education for the students to make them really match the position in the employment process,and this practice is of great significance.This paper makes an exploration from the perspective of internal and external career,and proposes the idea of promoting the career planning education for college students.
