新型城镇化进程中农民工职业教育机制与路径探索

Exploring the Mechanism and Path of Peasant Workers' Professional Education in the New Urbanization Process

坚持城镇化路线,可以切实地实现我国现代化目标,将我国三农问题从根本上进行良好解决,进而推动我国小康社会的全面建设,在新型城镇化建设过程当中,农民工的重要作用不言而喻,良好的职业教育对农民工自身发展来说有着不可磨灭的重要作用。但是我国农民工职业教育机制还存在着较为明显的问题亟待解决,对农民工进行职业教育培训的工作还没有取得良好的效果。

The goal of modernization in China can be effectively achieved by adhering to the course of urbanization,and the comprehensive construction of well-off society can be further promoted when fundamentally solving the three agriculture problems.In the process of new-type urbanization construction,the important role of peasant workers is self-evident and the good professional education has an indelible role for peasant workers’own development.However,there are still obvious problems to be solved urgently in the mechanism of the vocational education system for peasant workers in China,and effective effects have not been achieved yet in vocational education and training for peasant workers.
