鼻尖整形和修复隆鼻手术中应用鼻中隔软骨的效果

The effects of nasal tip shaping and nasal septal cartilage were studied

目的分析鼻尖整形和修复手术中应用鼻中隔软骨的临床效果。方法选择2016年3月至2017年5月在我院进行鼻尖整形手术和修复隆鼻手术的80例患者,待患者与患者家属同意后,在整形手术与修复隆鼻手术中采用鼻中隔软骨,观察手术治疗效果。结果实施鼻尖整形手术及修复隆鼻手术的患者有80例患者,对80例患者进行5-12个月时间的随访,在对患者进行随访的期间,实施隆鼻手术的患者鼻尖均抬高,患者鼻形较为理想。80例患者进行手术之后,并没有呈现鼻尖萎缩、鼻软骨及血肿等并发症症状。患者对手术效果的满意度为95.0%(76/80)。结论在患者鼻尖整形手术及修复隆鼻手术当中采用鼻中隔软骨的手术操作简便,安全有效,能够取得有效的治疗效果,值得临床推广与应用。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of nasal septum and septal cartilage.Methods Selected in March2016to May2017in our hospital for plastic surgery of the nasal tip and repair of rhinoplasty,80patients after patients and patients families agree,in plastic surgery to repair using nasal septum cartilage in rhinoplasty,observe the surgical treatment effect.Results Nose plastic surgery and repair of rhinoplasty patients,80patients,80cases of patients with5-12months of follow-up,in patients with followupperiod,the implementation of rhinoplasty patients with nasal tip are raised,in patients with nasal shape is more ideal.After the operation of80patients,there were no symptoms of nasal tip atrophy,nasal cartilage and hematoma.The satisfaction of the patientswas95.0%(76/80).Conclusion In patients with nasal tip and plastic surgery to repair of rhinoplasty using cartilage of nasal septum surgery is simple,safe and effective,and can achieve effective treatment effect,worthy of clinical popularization and application.
