一例右胫前慢性创面的治疗体会

A case of right tibial anterior chronic wound healing experience

目的探讨皮肤张力大的胫前慢性创面的治疗方法。方法右侧胫前车压伤行常规换药4周,创面难以自行愈合。入院行胫前创面清创术、大腿抽脂移植术、头皮刃厚皮移植术、VSD放置术。结果创面缺损完全愈合,皮片耐磨性、弹性良好,无明显皮片挛缩。结论自体颗粒脂肪联合皮片移植治疗慢创,安全有效,效果好,为特殊部位的慢创修复提供了新的思路及方法。

Objective To investigate the treatment of chronic tibial chronic wound with large skin tension.Methods On the right side of the tibial vehicle,the conventional medicine was changed for4weeks,and the wound was difficult to heal itself.Admissionfor wound debridement,anterior thigh liposuction transplantation,scalp split thickness skin grafting,VSD placement.Results The defect of the wound was completely healed,the skin graft was wear-resistant and elastic,and no apparent skin contracture was found.Conclusion Autologous granule fat combined with skin graft is safe and effective in the treatment of slow wound.It provides a new idea and method for the slow wound repair of special parts.
