重组人生长因子辅助面部软组织损伤整形美容修复的效果评价

Effect Evaluation of Recombinant Human Growth Factor Assisted Facial Plastic Tissue Cosmetic Repair

目的对面部软组织损伤的患者给予重组人生长因子辅助整形美容外科技术治疗的修复效果进行分析。方法选取我院2015年6月-2017年9月期间90例面部软组织损伤的患者为研究目标,将其根据就诊先后顺序分为治疗组和观察组各45例进行治疗,对照组给予整形美容外科技术治疗,治疗组则在对照组基础上给予重组人生长因子辅助,比较两组修复后的优良率、损伤愈合时间、住院时间和并发症等情况。结果治疗后,治疗组的优良率较高,皮肤恢复的平均时间较短,两组对比数据有统计学意义(P<0.05);同时与对照组相比,治疗组的损伤愈合时间较短、并发症较少,具有统计学差异(P<0.05),但是住院时间两组对比无差异性(P>0.05)。结论面部软组织损伤会影响患者的颜面部外貌,给予整形美容外科技术对其进行整形修复,可以显著提高修复的效果,缩短恢复时间,效果明显,值得临床推广。

Objective To analyze the effect of repairing facial soft tissue injury treated with recombinant human growth factor assisted plastic surgery.Methods Totally90patients with facial soft tissue injury from June2015to September2017in our hospital were selected as research objects.According to the order of treatment,45cases were divided into treatment group and observation group,and the control group was treated with plastic surgery Surgical treatment,the treatment group was given on the basis of the control group of recombinant human growth factor-assisted,the two groups were compared the rate of repair,injury healing time,hospital stay and complications.Results After treatment,the treatment group had a higher rate of excellent and good,the average time of skin recovery was shorter,and the data of the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the healing time of the treatment group was shorter(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference between two groups in hospitalization time(P>0.05).Conclusion The facial soft tissue injury will affect the facial appearance of the patients.It will provide plastic surgery to plastic surgery,which can significantly improve the repair effect,shorten the recovery time and have obvious effect,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
