低能量激光联合非那雄胺治疗雄激素性脱发的临床研究

Clinical study of Low-level laser therapy combined with fifinasteride in the treatment of androgenic alopecia

目的观察低能量激光联合非那雄胺治疗脱发的可行性和疗效;方法将448名雄激素性脱发患者,分为2组,试验组给予低能量激光照射,每次30分钟,隔日1次,联合非那雄胺1mg每日1次治疗;对照组给予非那雄胺1mg每日1次治疗;疗程共6月;将试验组按年龄分为A组(<40岁)及B组(≥40岁);结果试验组评分为5.63±1.03,有效率为83.6%;对照组评分为5.44±1.11,有效率为76.1%;对两组数据进行χ~2检验,P值<0.05;A组评分为5.67±1.01,有效率为84.90%;B组评分为5.52±1.06,有效率为80.60%,对两组数据进行χ~2检验,P值<0.05;结论低能量激光联合非那雄胺治疗雄激素性脱发疗效优于单用非那雄胺;低能量激光联合非那雄胺治疗雄激素性脱发对于40岁以下患者疗效优于40岁及以上患者。

Objective To observe the feasibility and efficacy of low-level laser therapy combined with finasteride in the treatment of alopecia;Methods448cases of androgenetic alopecia patients were divided into2groups,the experimental group was treated with low-level laser irradiation for30minutes every other day,combined with finasteride therapy1mg1times a day;the control group was given finasteride1mg once a day.The treatment group was divided into group A(<40years)and group B(≥40years);Results The score of the experimental group was5.63±1.03,the effective rate was83.6%;the score of control group was5.44±1.11,the effective rate was76.1%;the two groups of data were tested byχ2test,P value<0.05;The score of group A was5.67±1.01,theeffective rate was84.90%;the score of group B was5.52±1.06,the effective rate was80.60%,the two groups of data were tested byχ2test,P value<0.05;Conclusion The effect of low-level laser therapy combined with finasteride in the treatment of androgenic alopecia is better than that of finasteride alone;Low energy laser therapy combined with finasteride in the treatment of patient with androgenic hair loss under40years of age is better than40years of age and above patients.
