白癜风患者血小板计数及其抗体的检测研究

Study on Platelet Count and Antibody in Vitiligo Patients

目的探讨白癜风患者血小板计数及其抗体的检测结果及意义。方法选择2016年1月至2017年10月期间在本院接诊的100例白癜风患者,按照皮损范围和分布分为局限型组(35例)、泛发型组(35例)和全身型组(30例),另选择同期在本院健康体检的100例健康者作为对照组。统计4组进行期、稳定期及恢复期血小板计数指标数值,并比较4组血小板减少发生率和血清抗血小板抗体阳性率。结果局限型组、泛发型组和全身型组进行期、稳定期、恢复期血小板计数均显著低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。局限型组(8.57%)、泛发型组(17.14%)和全身型组(26.67%)血小板减少发生率均显著高于对照组(0),差异显著(P<0.05);局限型组、泛发型组血小板减少发生率均显著低于全身型组,且局限型组显著低于泛发型组,差异均显著(P<0.05)。局限型组(28.57%)、泛发型组(40.00%)和全身型组血清抗血小板抗体阳性率(56.67%)均显著高于对照组(3.0%),差异显著(P<0.05);局限型组、泛发型组血清抗血小板抗体阳性率均显著低于全身型组,且局限型组显著低于泛发型组,差异均显著(P<0.05)。结论白癜风患者存在血小板计数下降及其抗体阳性率升高状况,且不同分型存在一定差异性。

Objective To investigate the detection and significance of platelet count and antibody in patients with vitiligo.Methods A total of100cases of vitiligo patients admitted to our hospital from January2016to October2017were divided into three groups according to the extent and distribution of lesions:focal type(35cases),pan-hair type(35cases)and systemic type(30cases).The other100healthy people in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.Statistics of4groups of plateletcount index of stage,stable and convalescent,and compare the incidence of thrombocytopenia in4groups and serum anti-platelet antibody positive rate.Results The platelet count of the limited group,pan-hair group and systemic group were significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of thrombocytopenia was significantly higher in patients with localized type(8.57%),pan-hair type(17.14%)and general type(26.67%)than in control group(0)The incidence of thrombocytopenia was significantly lower than that of the whole body type group,and the limited type group was significantly lower than the pan-hair type group(P<0.05).(28.57%)pan-hair group(40.00%)and systemic type of anti-platelet antibody positive rate(56.67%)were significantly higher than the control group(3.0%),the difference was significant(P<0.05);The positive rate of serum anti-platelet antibody in pan-hair type group was significantly lower than that of the whole body type group,and the localized type group was significantly lower than the pan-hair type group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion There is a decrease in platelet count and an increase in antibody positive rate in patients with vitiligo,and there are some differences in different types of patients.
