口腔正畸治疗上前牙阻生的临床效果观察

Clinical Effect of Orthodontics in the Treatment of Anterior Teeth Impacted

目的观察口腔正畸治疗上前牙阻生的临床效果。方法选取2015年3月~2016年9月我院上前牙阻生患者82例,采用随机数表法分组,各41例。对照组行导萌术治疗,观察组行口腔正畸+导萌术治疗。对比两组临床疗效、治疗满意度、并发症发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率95.12%(39/41)较对照组78.05%(32/41)高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组美观度、日常能力、治疗方法评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率4.88%(2/41)较对照组26.83%(11/41)低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论导萌术联合口腔正畸治疗上前牙阻生,可改善治疗效果,提高患者治疗满意度,预防并发症的发生。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of orthodontics in the treatment of Anterior teeth impacted.Methods From March2015to September2016,82cases of patients with anterior teeth impacted in our hospital were selected and grouped according to the random number table,41cases in each.The control group was treated with guided eruption,and the observation group was treated with orthodontics+guided eruption.The clinical effects,treatment satisfaction and complications of two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment of the observation group was95.12%(39/41),higher than that of the control group(32/41)(P<0.05).The score of beauty,daily ability and treatment method of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Guided eruption combined with orthodontics in the treatment of anterior teeth impacted can improve the effect of treatment,improve the patient's satisfaction and prevent theoccurrence of complications.
