玻璃纤维桩复合树脂联合修复牙体缺损的临床分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的分析探讨玻璃纤维桩复合树脂联合修复牙体缺损的临床疗效。方法选取2015年12月~2016年12月在我院进行治疗的82例牙体缺损患者为研究对象,依据随机数字表法随机分为对照组(n=41)和观察组(n=41),对照组和观察组患者分别采用金属桩修复和玻璃纤维桩复合树脂修复,对比两组患者的修复效果。结果观察组患者牙体修复完整率、边缘适合率及牙体松脱率分别为95.12%、87.80%、2.44%;对照组分别为78.05%、68.29%、21.95%,两组相比组间差异均具有统计学意义(χ~2=5.14,4.56,7.29;P<0.05);治疗前,观察组和对照组患者碱性磷酸酶(ALP)水平组间比较无显著性差异,治疗后,观察组患者ALP水平显著低于对照组(t=4.90,P<0.05)。结论玻璃纤维复合树脂联合修复治疗用于牙体缺损患者临床治疗过程中的效果显著,且松脱率较低,具有较高的临床运用价值。 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of glass fiber post composite resin in repairing dental defects.Methods Eighty-two patients with dental defects who were treated in our hospital from December2015to December2016were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into control group(n=41)and observation group(n=41)according to the random number table method.The patients in the control group and the observation group were repaired with metal post and glass fiber post composite respectively,and the repair effect was compared between the two groups.Results The complete denture restoration rate,margin fit rate and tooth detachment rate were95.12%,87.80%and2.44%in the observation group and78.05%,68.29%and21.95%in the control group,respectively(χ2=5.14,4.56,7.29;P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in ALP between observation group and control group.After treatment,ALP level in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group The level was significantly lower than the control group(t=4.90,P<0.05).Conclusion Glass fiber composite resin repair treatment for patients with dental defects in the clinical treatment of significant effect,and the release rate is lower,with high clinical value.
