牙冠延长术围手术期护理

目的探析牙冠延长术患者围手术期护理要点及实施效果。方法将我院2016年5月~2017年5月期间接受牙冠延长术治疗的40例患者选为观察对象,于围手术期实施护理干预,之后对患者护理前后抑郁程度、焦虑程度予以统计学比较,并总结分析患者牙齿预后及护理满意度。结果患者护理前抑郁评分为(50.2±2.6)分,焦虑评分为(51.0±2.4)分;患者护理后抑郁评分为(30.2±1.6)分,焦虑评分为(31.2±1.4)分,前后对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。患者牙齿修复生物学宽度达到4cm的比率为92.5%(37/40),护理满意度为97.5%(39/40)。结论牙冠延长术患者围手术期实施护理干预的临床效果十分显著,不仅可以减轻患者抑郁、焦虑程度,还可以改善患者牙齿预后,提高患者护理满意度,值得在临床中进一步推广与借鉴。

Objective To analyze the surgical crown lengthening patients perioperative nursing and effect.Methods In our hospital from May2016to May2017during the40cases underwent surgical crown lengthening treatment were selected as the observation object,in the perioperative nursing intervention on patients after nursing before and after the depression,anxiety and be statistical comparison.Summarize and analyze the prognosis and nursing satisfaction of patients with teeth.Results The patients before treatment for depression score(50.2±2.6),anxiety score(51±2.4);nursing care of patients with depression after score(30.2±1.6),anxiety score(31.2±1.4),the difference between before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).The ratio of biological width to4cm of patients was92.5%(37/40),and the satisfaction rate of nursing was97.5%(39/40).Conclusion The clinical effect of crown lengthening surgery perioperative nursing intervention is very significant,not only can reduce depression,anxiety the degree,but also can improve the prognosis of patients with tooth,improve nursing satisfaction of patients,it is worthy of further promotion and use in2clinical.
