新材料产业是现代高技术产业的基础和先导,其对新一代信息技术、航空航天、新能源、装备制造等战略性新兴产业发展,以及国民经济重大工程建设起着极其重要的支撑作用。天津市新材料产业基础较为雄厚,2016年新材料产业规模不断壮大,形成了较完整的产业链条,创新能力显著增强,取得了可喜的发展成果。对2016年天津市新材料领域发展情况进行了简要概述,并从政策支持、联盟建设、新资源聚集等方面提出了下一步发展策略。

The new material industry is the foundation and forerunner of modern high-tech industry.It plays an important role in supporting the development of strategic emerging industries,such as new generation information technology,aerospace,new energy,equipment manufacturing,and the construction of major projects in national economy.The city of Tianjin has a solid foundation in new materials industry.In2016,the scale of the industry continued to expand and a relatively complete industrial chain had been formed which enhances the innovation ability and yields gratifying achievements.This paper gives an overview of the development of the field of new materials in Tianjin in2016,and from the viewpoints of policy support,alliance construction,innovation resource aggregation,it puts forward the strategy for the next step development.
