Evaluation of Cooperation Between Local Government and Universities:Taking X District of Tianjin City as an Example

近年来,天津市X区认真贯彻天津市委市政府科技企业发展战略,充分发挥教育园区的人才优势,积极与各高校合作,通过与高校建立产业研究院或成果转化中心等多种形式,大规模推动科技成果产业化,取得了一定的成效。从发展的主要动因、总体情况、关键做法、限制因素4方面进行阐述。

In recent years,the local government of X District of Tianjin City has been conscientiously implementing the development strategy for small and medium sized enterprises made by the municipal government.Relying on its talent advantages in its education park,it actively cooperates with universities,and promotes industrialization of scientific research achievements through the establishment of industrial research institute or achievement transfer center with colleges and universities.This paper examines the main causes,general situation,key practices,and restrictive factors of the cooperation.
