摘要 海工项目相比常规造船具有更高的施工工艺要求、更大的工程量以及更长的建造周期。在项目执行过程中,为了准确跟踪项目实际进展,当实际进度与计划进度产生偏差时,应能及时提供数据进行评估;为了项目在执行过程中进度可控,保证项目在预算范围内按期交付,因此在海工项目进度控制中需要有一套科学合理的进度统计方法。以"权重"为基础,详细描述了进度测量系统在风电安装船上建立的方法。 Offshore projects have higher construction requirements,larger engineering quantity and longer construction period than conventional shipbuilding.In the project implementation process,when there is a deviation from schedule,in order to accurately track the actual progress of the project,timely data for evaluation should be provided;to control the progress of the project in the implementation process,on-time delivery within budget should be guaranteed.Therefore it is necessary to have a set of scientific and reasonable statistical methods for the progress control in offshore projects.In this paper,on the basis of“weighting”,the method of establishing a schedule measurement system on a wind turbine installation vessel was described in detail.
