摘要
开发和测试了一种预埋式电加热流槽,在侧面预埋加热模块对内衬进行加热,使内衬温度均匀可控。通过加热模块进行预热、加热、保温等操作,能有效降低或消除流槽对铝液造成的温降,延长流槽寿命,降低能耗成本。
Develop and test an embedded electric heating trough,to heat the lining by the side heating unit,the lining temperature is harmonious and controllable.To preheat,heat and hold the temperature by the heating unit,temperature dropping of molten metal can be reduced effectively.Obviously extend the life time of trough,reduce the cost of energy consumption.
