摘要
在露天矿设计中,境界优化是一个非常重要的环节,境界优化的过程即在满足经济、边坡角的几何约束条件下使矿山利益最大化。Whittle软件将L—G图论法与生产规划方法结合,提出境界优化的4D算法,软件内置有批量境界生成、进度计划编排和经济分析等模块,可高质量、高效率的批量生成境界。同时能利用数学模型实现矿山自动排产。在排产的基础上,能利用其强大的经济分析能力分析各种境界方案的经济效益,从而实现矿山长期的战略性规划^([1])。结合某矿的设计实例及应用Whittle软件优化境界的实践,介绍Whittle软件的基本操作流程。
In the design of open-pit mine,the optimization of boundary is a very important link.The process of boundary optimization is to maximize the interests of Mines under the geometric constraints of economic and slope angles.Whittle software combines L G graph theory with production planning method,and proposes4D algorithm for boundary optimization.The software has batch modules,schedule plan and economic analysis module,which can generate lots of quality and efficiency.At the same time,the mathematical model can be used to realize automatic production of mine.On the basis of production scheduling,it can make use of its powerful economic analysis ability to analyze the economic benefits of various boundary programs,so as to achieve long-term strategic planning of mines[1].The basic operation process of Whittle software is introduced in the light of the practice of the design example of a mine and the application of Whittle software to optimize the realm.
