摘要
文中提出首先对萤石样品进行预处理,然后应用硅钼蓝光度发测定萤石样品中不同含量二氧化硅的改进方法。萤石样品采用中性三氯化铝溶液加热浸取的方法进行预处理,经过滤,氟离子与铝离子进入滤液,而含硅的组分留在滤纸上,从而实现氟与硅的分离。滤纸灰化后加入氢氧化钾熔矿,用硅钼蓝光度发进行测定。在选定条件下,100mL显色体积中,二氧化硅的质量在0μg^800μg范围内符合比尔定律,相关系数r≥0.9998。经精密度和准确度检验,试验结果均满足工业生产需求。
In this paper,we first put forward the pretreatment of fluorite samples,and then use silicon molybdenum blue photometric method to determine the different silica content in fluorite samples.Methods using neutral aluminum chloride solution fluorite samples heating leaching were pretreated by filtration,fluoride and aluminum ions into the filtrate,and silicon containing components on the filter paper,so as to realize the separation of fluorine and silicon.After the filter paper was ash,the potassium hydroxide was added to the melt,and the blue degree of silicon molybdenum was measured.Under the selected conditions,100mL color volume,silica quality at0g^800g within the scope of Bill's law,the correlation coefficient r=0.9998.Through the test of precision and accuracy,the results of the test meet the demand of industrial production.
