摘要
某大型国有企业炼钢车间大型天车共计55台,包括90+90加料起重机、160/63铸造起重机,160/50桥吊起重机、180/63铸造起重机,位于车间各个跨间。在整个炼钢生产中,是整个车间生产的枢纽,起着无可替代的作用。本文着重对起升机构抱闸接触器主触点粘点而造成天车溜钩现象及抱闸接触器主触点没有闭合,抱闸就无法打开涉及到安全方面技术研究。同时解决了原天车系统设计上的不足之处。保证了天车设备安全稳定的运行。
A large state-owned enterprise steelmaking workshop large crane55,including90+90charging crane,160/63 casting crane,160/50crane crane,180/63casting crane,located in every workshop.In the whole steelmaking production,it is the hub of the whole workshop production,and plays an irreplaceable role.This paper focuses on the hoisting mechanism brake contactor main contact point caused by the crane hook stick phenomenon and brake contactor main contact point is not closed,the brake can not be opened involves the study of security technology.At the same time,it solves the shortcomings of the original car system design.It ensures the safe and stable operation of the crane equipment.
