摘要
根据挤压成型的波纹金属管机械东环密封理论进行分析,对机械密封结构进行科学尺寸选择,实现模型的优化设计。在计算机软件的ANSYS有限元中的APDL变成参数化进行优化设计,选择一种合理化的挤压成型金属波纹管机械密封设计理论方法,实现结构设计的优化。
According to the theory of mechanical seal in the east ring of extruded metal tube,we choose the scientific size of the mechanical seal structure and realize the optimization design of the model.In the ANSYS finite element of computer software,APDL is parameterized to optimize the design.A rational design method of metal bellows mechanical seal is introduced to optimize the structure design.
