摘要
目的探讨改进网状纤维染色氨银液配制方法与改进染色方法的可行性。方法改进网状纤维染色中氨银液的配制方法和染色方法,与传统染色方法比较其染色效果与脱片率。结果改进网状纤维染色方法切片背景清洁度、网状纤维清晰度、网状纤维与胶原纤维对比度3项指标的得分均显著高于传统方法;改进网状纤维染色方法切片脱片率低于传统方法。结论改进网状纤维染色氨银液配制方法、改进网状纤维染色方法,可提高氨银液配制的成功率,延长氨银液有效期,提高网状纤维的染色质量,减少网状纤维染色的脱片率。
Objective This paper discussed the feasibility of improving the preparation method of ammonia silver solution and the dyeing method for reticular fiber staining.Methods An improved method for reticular fiber staining including ammonia silver solution preparation and staining procedure was compared to the traditional dyeing method on dyeing effect and decolorization rate.Results Overall results showed that the new method scored higher than the traditional one in3indicators including background cleanliness,clarity of reticular fiber,and contrast ratio between reticular fiber and collagenous fiber.In addition,its decolorization rate was lower than that of traditional method.Conclusion The new formulation of ammonia silver solution improved the success rate of ammonia silver solution preparation and extended its expiration date.Reticular fiber dyeing quality was also improved with new dyeing method.
