The new clinical progress of community-acquired pneumonia

近年来,社区获得性肺炎(CAP)收治率有上升趋势,且重症患者增多。而在诊疗上,存在对血清学检测意义不清、不充分考虑病原学特点、不合理用药等现象。本着提高临床医生对该病正确认识和治疗的初衷,本文参阅了大量近年来国内发表的有关CAP的最新文献,在血清学、病原学、抗生素合理使用、是否应用激素、辅助治疗及中医药治疗等方面进行综述。

In recent years,the rate of community acquired pneumonia(CAP)has been increasing,and severe patients are increasing.But in the diagnosis and treatment,there are some phenomena,for example,the significance of serological detection is not clear,the etiological characteristics are not fully considered,and the use of drugs is not reasonable.In order to improve the correct understanding and treatment of the disease by clinicians.In this paper,we have reviewed a lot of the latest literature on CAP published in recent years,and we reviewed serology,etiology,rational use of antibiotics,with or without hormones,adjuvant therapy and traditional Chinese medicine treatment.
