幽门螺杆菌根除治疗对幽门螺杆菌阳性的功能性消化不良的治疗作用研究

目的:探讨幽门螺杆菌(Hp)根除治疗对Hp阳性的功能性消化不良的效果。方法:收治Hp阳性的功能性消化不良患者82例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各41例。对照组给予促进胃动力、抗抑郁等药物治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予Hp根除术治疗。结果:治疗后,观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组的饱胀不适、上腹疼痛和灼烧感等主要症状积分的改善情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:Hp根除术治疗对Hp阳性的功能性消化不良的治疗作用显著,在提升临床疗效的同时,可有效改善患者的主要症状积分,效果显著。

Objective:To investigate the effect of helicobacter pylori(Hp)eradication on functional dyspepsia with positive Hp.Methods:82 patients with Hp positive functional dyspepsia were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 41 cases in each group.The control group were treated with gastric motility,antidepressant and other drugs.The observation group were given Hp eradication based on the treatment given in the control group.Results:After the treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After the treatment,the improvement of the scores of main symptoms such as satiety discomfort,upper abdominal pain and burning sensation in the observation group was obviously better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hp eradication has significant effect on the treatment of Hp positive functional dyspepsia,while improving the clinical efficacy.It can effectively improve the main symptom score of patients,and the effect is remarkable.
