摘要
目的:探讨经尿道前列腺电切术治疗良性前列腺增生的效果。方法:收治良性前列腺增生患者60例,均采用经尿道前列腺电切术治疗。结果:痊愈35例(58.3%),明显改善10例(16.7%),一般改善10例(16.7%),无效5例(8.3%)。结论:经尿道前列腺电切术治疗良性前列腺增生症效果较为显著。
Objective:To investigate the effect of transurethral resection of the prostate for the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia.Methods:60 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia were treated by transurethral resection of prostate.Results:35 cases(58.3%)were cured;10 cases(16.7%)were obviously improved;10 cases(16.7%)were generally improved;5 cases(8.3%)were invalid.Conclusion:Transurethral resection of the prostate is more effective in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia.
