普外科急腹症临床治疗分析

Analysis on the clinical treatment of acute abdomen in the department of general surgery

目的:探讨基层医院普外科急腹症临床诊治方法。方法:收治经初步诊断、X线片及B超确诊的急腹症患者60例。所有患者均给予初步临床诊断及传统手术方法治疗。结果:临床初步诊断出47例,检出率78.33%;治疗总有效率76.67%;术中及术后未发生严重不良反应。结论:对基层医院普外科急腹症患者要提高临床初步诊断的准确率,为及时治疗提供保障。

Objective:To explore the clinical diagnosis and treatment methods of acute abdomen in the department of general surgery at the grass-roots hospital.Methods:60 cases of acute abdomen diagnosed by initial diagnosis.X ray and B ultrasonic diagnosis were selected.All the patients were given initial clinical diagnosis and traditional surgical treatment.Results:47 cases were diagnosed preliminarily;the detection rate was 78.33%;the effective rate of treatment was 76.67%,without serious adverse reaction occurred during and after operation.Conclusion:The accurate rate of clinical preliminary diagnosis should be strengthened for patients with acute abdomen in the department of general surgery at grass-roots hospital,so as to provide a guarantee for timely treatment.
