高血压性脑出血患者102例院前急救分析

Analysis of pre hospital first aid for 102 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage

目的:探讨高血压性脑出血患者的院前急救措施。方法:对高血压性脑出血患者进行院前急救的临床资料进行分析,探讨高血压性脑出血院前急救的有效方法。结果:102例高血压性脑出血患者,现场无1例死亡,在转运途中有15例病情加重,经积极抢救,有4例因病情危重死亡,院前急救成功率96.08%。结论:建立完善的救治体系,强化医护人员对高血压性脑出血的认识及早期诊断、快速规范处理可提高其急救成功率,降低致残、致死率。

Objective:To investigate the pre hospital emergency measures for hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods:The clinical data of pre hospital first aid for hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage were analyzed.We discussed the effective methods of pre hospital first aid for hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.Results:In 102 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage,there was no one death on the scene.15 cases were aggravated during the transit.After active rescue,4 cases died of critical illness.The success rate of pre hospital first aid was 96.08%.Conclusion:Establishing a perfect treatment system,strengthening the understanding of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage by medical staff and nurses,early diagnosis and rapid standardized treatment can improve the success rate of first aid,reduce disability and death rate.
