正畸与修复联合治疗牙列缺损伴牙颌畸形的疗效分析

Analysis on the effect of orthodontic and repair in the treatment of dentition defect with tooth maxillofacial malformation

目的:探讨正畸与修复联合治疗牙列缺损伴牙颌畸形的疗效。方法:收治牙列缺损伴牙颌畸形患者114例,根据治疗方式不同分为观察组及对照组。对照组给予修复治疗,观察组给予正畸联合修复治疗。结果:治疗后,观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组牙齿整齐程度评分、牙咬合评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:正畸与修复联合治疗牙列缺损伴牙颌畸形患者,患者牙齿整齐良好,前牙覆颌及覆盖良好,后牙咬合良好,能有效提升疗效,改善患者症状。

Objective:To explore the effect of orthodontic and repair in the treatment of dentition defect with dentofacial malformation.Methods:114 patients with dentition defect and dental malformation were selected.They were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the different treatment methods.The control group were given the repair treatment,and the observation group were treated with orthodontic combined repair.Results:After the treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The degree of dental integrity and bite jaw score in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Orthodontic treatment combined with restoration is effective in treating dentition defect with dentofacial deformities.The teeth are well arranged,the front teeth are covered with gnathion and cover well,and the posterior teeth are gnawing the jaws well,which can effectively improve the therapeutic effect and improve the symptoms of patients.
