持续性血液净化治疗急性重度有机磷农药中毒的效果观察

Observation on the effect of continuous blood purification in the treatment of acute severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning

目的:探讨持续性血液净化治疗急性重度有机磷农药中毒的疗效。方法:收治急性重度有机磷农药中毒患者56例,按照入院顺序将其分为观察组和对照组,各28例。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组予以持续血液净化治疗。结果:观察组治疗痊愈率明显高于对照组;且胆碱酯酶恢复时间、意识恢复时间和住院时间明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:持续性血液净化治疗急性重度有机磷农药中毒,可有效缩短治疗时间,促进患者恢复。

Objective:To explore the efficacy of continuous blood purification in the treatment of acute severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning.Methods:56 patients with acute severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning were selected,and they were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the order of admission,with 28 cases in each group.The control group were treated with routine treatment,and the observation group were treated with continuous blood purification.Results:The cure rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the recovery time of cholinesterase,consciousness recovery time and hospitalization time were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of acute severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning by continuous blood purification can effectively shorten the time of treatment,and improve the recovery of the patients.
