耳穴贴压法治疗肺脾气虚型便秘30例临床观察

Clinical observation on 30 cases of asthenia constipation of lung and spleen treated with auricular acupoint pressing

目的:探讨耳穴贴压对肺脾气虚型结肠慢传输型便秘的疗效。方法:收治肺脾气虚型便秘患者60例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,各30例。对照组给予莫沙必利口服,治疗组给予耳穴贴压法治疗。结果:治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);此外,治疗组对患者整体情况的改善明显高于对照组。结论:耳穴贴压法对肺脾气虚型结肠慢传输型便秘疗效确切。

Objective:To investigate the effect of auricular acupoint pressure on slow asthenia constipation of lung and spleen.Methods:60 cases with asthenia constipation of lung and spleen were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group were given mosapride;while the treatment group were received auricular acupressure treatment.Results:The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).In addition,the improvement of the overall situation in the treatment group was obviously higher than that of the control group.Conclusion:The auricular point sticking method has a definite effect on slow transit constipation of asthenia constipation of lung and spleen.
