五分汤治疗小儿功能性消化不良42例的疗效观察

42 cases of functional dyspepsia in children treated with Wufen soup

目的:探讨五分汤治疗小儿功能性消化不良的疗效。方法:对42例小儿功能性消化不良患者予五分汤治疗,1个疗程后观察其症状改善情况。结果:根据中医证候疗效判定标准,总有效率90.48%。结论:五分汤治疗小儿功能性消化不良有较好的疗效,可作为小儿功能性消化不良的专病专方之一。

Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of Wufen soup in the treatment of functional dyspepsia in children.Methods:42 children with functional dyspepsia were treated with Wufen soup,and observed the improvement of the symptoms after 1 course.Results:According to the standard of TCM syndrome,the total effective rate was 90.48%.Conclusion:Wufen soup has good curative effect in the treatment of children with functional dyspepsia,and it can be used as one of the special prescriptions.
