经腹与经会阴超声、经阴道超声联合诊断前置胎盘的临床研究

Clinical study of transabdominal ultrasound combined with transperineal ultrasound or transvaginal ultrasound in the diagnosis of placenta previa

目的:探讨经腹与经会阴超声、经阴道超声联合诊断前置胎盘的临床效果。方法:收治前置胎盘患者68例,随机分为观察1组和观察2组。观察1组接受经腹与经会阴超声检查,观察2组接受经腹与经阴道超声检查,比较两组检查结果。结果:两组前置胎盘检出率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在临床中使用经腹与经会阴超声、经阴道超声联合诊断前置胎盘的临床检出率较高。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of transabdominal ultrasound combined with transperineal ultrasound or transvaginal ultrasound in the diagnosis of placenta previa.Methods:68 patients with placenta previa were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation 1 group and the observation 2 group.The observation 1 group was diagnosed by transabdominal ultrasound combined with transperineal ultrasound.The observation 2 group was diagnosed by transabdominal ultrasound combined with transvaginal ultrasound.We compared the results of two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in the detection rate of placenta previa between groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The clinical detection rates of transabdominal ultrasound combined with transperineal ultrasound or transvaginal ultrasound in the diagnosis of placenta previa were all high.
