精神分裂症与糖尿病共病的居家护理观察

Observation on the home care on patients with schizophrenia and diabetes

目的:探讨精神分裂症与糖尿病共病的居家护理。方法:收治精神分裂症与糖尿病共病患者78例,随机分为对照组与观察组。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在此基础上联合居家护理。结果:观察组自我管理能力与护理满意程度明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针对精神分裂症与糖尿病共病患者实施有效的居家护理,有利于改善患者病情,提升患者生活质量。

Objective:To explore the home care of schizophrenia and diabetes.Methods:83 schizophrenics and diabetic comorbidity patients were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received routine nursing combined with home care.Results:Self-management ability and nursing satisfaction of the patients in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For the patients with schizophrenia and diabetes,effective home care is beneficial to improve the patient's condition and improve the life quality of the patients.
