中医湿热贴敷护理对肢体骨折术后肿胀及疼痛的效果

Effect of wet and hot pastoral nursing of traditional Chinese medicine on swelling and pain after limb fracture

目的:探讨中医湿热贴敷护理对肢体骨折术后肿胀及疼痛的效果。方法:收治肢体骨折术后肿胀及疼痛患者70例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在此基础上联合中医湿热贴敷护理干预。结果:相较于对照组,观察组VAS评分更低,消肿时间更短(P<0.05)。结论:对肢体骨折术后肿胀及疼痛患者进行中医湿热贴敷护理的效果显著。

Objective:To explore the effect of wet and hot pastoral nursing of traditional Chinese medicine on swelling and pain after limb fracture.Methods:70 cases of swelling and pain after limb fracture surgery were selected.The control group were given conventional nursing,and the observation group were combined with TCM wet heat sticking nursing intervention.Results:Compared with the control group,the VAS score of the patients in the observation group was lower and the time of swelling was shorter(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of damp and hot pastoral nursing on patients with swelling and pain after limb fracture is remarkable.
