盆腔灌注治疗妇科盆腔炎的应用与护理对策分析

The application and nursing countermeasures of pelvic cavity perfusion in the treatment of gynecologic pelvic inflammation

目的:探讨盆腔灌注治疗妇科盆腔炎的应用与护理对策。方法:收治妇科盆腔炎患者200例,分为对照组和观察组。两组均采用盆腔灌注治疗,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用整体化护理对策,比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后,观察组护理效果、患者对灌注治疗知识的掌握度、盆腔灌注依从性、症状消失时间、炎性水平、焦虑程度和生活质量均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对盆腔灌注治疗妇科盆腔炎患者应用整体化护理对策的效果显著。

Objective:To explore the application and nursing countermeasures of pelvic cavity perfusion in the treatment of gynecologic pelvic inflammation.Methods:200 patients with gynecologic pelvic inflammation were selected.They were divided into the control group and the observation group,and the two groups were treated with pelvic perfusion.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given holistic nursing strategy.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:After treatment,in the observation group,the nursing effect,the mastery of patients'knowledge for perfusion therapy,the compliance of pelvic perfusion,the time of symptom disappearance,the level of inflammation,the degree of anxiety and the quality of life were all better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of holistic nursing strategy for patients with gynecologic pelvic inflammation treated with pelvic cavity perfusion was significant.
