摘要
目的:了解内蒙古某高校教师职业紧张现状,并分析影响职业紧张的因素。方法:对内蒙古某高校在编教师进行调查。采用职业紧张量表修订版(OSI-R)对调查对象进行匿名问卷调查。结果:OSI-R的Cronbach'sα系数非常好(Cronbach'sα>0.7),信度较高,且效度系数也较高。在职业紧张量表中,男性教师较女性教师职业任务重;随年龄增加,紧张程度越来越低;高级职称组教师职业任务得分高于中级与初级职称组(P<0.05);高校教师在职业任务、紧张反应方面均高于常模,而应对能力低于常模。结论:内蒙古某高校教师职业紧张现状不容乐观。性别、年龄、职称、是否担任行政职务是影响职业紧张的主要因素。
Health and Family Planning Research Project of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region(NO:201702110);Science Research Fund Project of Baotou Medical College(NO:BYJJ-QM 201783);Bud Project(Undergraduate Innovative Training)Project of Baotou Medical College(NO:2017BYJJ-HL-19)Abstract Objective:To study the present situation of Inner Mongolia college teachers'occupational stress and its influence.Methods:We investigated teachers at inner Mongolia college.Using occupational stress inventory revised edition(OSI-R),anonymous questionnaire survey was carried out on the research object.Results:Cronbach'sαcoefficient of the OSI-R were very good(Cronbach'sα>0.7),the reliability were good,and the validity of the scale coefficient was higher.In the occupational stress scale,occupational role in male was more difficult than that in female,with the increase of age,the stress became lighter.The scores of occupational role with high academic title was higher than that with intermediate professional title and primary title respectively(P<0.05).College teachers were higher than normal models in their professional tasks and stress response,while their coping ability is lower than the norm.Conclusion:Occupational stress status is not optimistic of college teachers’of from Inner Mongolia.Gender,age,job,title,whether administrative positions were the main factors influencing the occupational stress.
